Welcome to WAW – We Are Win App!
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) establish the terms and conditions
governing your use of the WAW mobile application (“App”). By accessing
or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not
agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
1.1. Agreement to Terms. By accessing or using the App, you consent to
comply with and be bound by these Terms. These Terms create a legally
binding agreement between you and WAW – We All Win App. If you do not
agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
1.2. Age Requirements. You must be at least 16 years old to use the App.
By using the App, you confirm that you are of legal age. If you are
using the App on behalf of a company or organization, you represent and
warrant that you have the authority to enter into these Terms on their
behalf.
1.3. Updates to Terms. These Terms are subject to change, and you are
encouraged to review them periodically for any updates. Your continued
use of the App signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
1.4. Binding Agreement. By accessing, registering, and/or continuing to
use or access our Services, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms
of Use with immediate effect. These Terms of Use and the Legal Documents
are subject to change by us at any time. Your continued use of the Site
following any such change constitutes your agreement to these Terms of
Use and Legal Documents as so modified.
1.5. Interpretation. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between
you and WAW – We All Win App. These Terms are governed by and construed
in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which WAW – We All
Win App is registered. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction
of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.
2. License and Usage Rights
2.1. License Grant. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive,
non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial
use. This license is solely for the purpose of enabling you to use and
enjoy the benefits of the App, in the manner permitted by these Terms.
2.2. Restrictions. You agree not to:
Copy and Redistribution. Copy, distribute, or modify the App or any part
of it without our explicit permission.
Unauthorized Access. Attempt to access or use the App in a manner not
explicitly permitted by us.
Illegal Usage. Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You
may not, in the use of the App, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
2.3. Additional Functions. In order to enhance your experience with the
App, we may introduce additional services, functions, and accounts on
your behalf. These services may be set up using the information you
provide to us in the App.
2.4. User Responsibilities. You are responsible for any content, data,
or information you submit or share through the App. You agree not to
post, upload, or transmit any content that is in violation of any
applicable laws or our policies.
3. User Accounts
3.1. Account Creation. You may need to create a user account to use
certain features of the App. You agree to provide accurate, current, and
complete information during the registration process and to update such
information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
3.2. Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the security
of your account and any associated passwords. You are also responsible
for all activities that occur under your account.
3.3. Account Termination. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate
your account at our discretion. This may occur due to violations of
these Terms or for other reasons.
3.4. Account Recovery. In case of any unauthorized access to your
account, or any other security breach, you agree to notify us
immediately. We will take reasonable measures to assist in account
recovery.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1. Ownership of Content. All content in the App, including text,
images, graphics, and logos, is owned by WAW – We All Win App. You may
not use or reproduce this content without our explicit permission.
4.2. User-Generated Content. By using the App, you grant WAW a
non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable
license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of,
display, and perform your user-generated content in connection with the
App and our business.
4.3. Copyright Infringement. If you believe that your work has been
copied and posted on the App in a way that constitutes copyright
infringement, please contact our Copyright Agent.
5. Privacy Policy
5.1. Data Handling. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and
protect your personal information. By using the App, you agree to our
Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we handle your data.
5.2. Data Security. We take measures to protect your personal
information; however, no data transmission over the Internet or
information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As
such, you understand and acknowledge that we cannot ensure or warrant
the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at
your own risk.
6. User Conduct
6.1. Responsible Use. You agree to use the App responsibly and in
accordance with these Terms. Specifically, you agree not to:
False Information. Submit false, misleading, or inaccurate information.
Spam and Harassment. Engage in spamming or harassment of other users.
Security. Attempt to compromise the security of the App, its users, or
the systems it runs on.
6.2. Prohibited Content. You must not post, upload, or share content
that is blasphemous, defamatory, obscene, libelous, invasive of
another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically objectionable.
Additionally, content or items in the App must not promote gambling,
threaten national security, or violate any local laws, Islamic law,
rules, morals, values, ethics, and traditions.
6.3. Monitoring. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to monitor
your use of the App and to remove or disable any content that we
believe, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is harmful to
other users or us.
7. Termination
7.1. Termination Rights. WAW – We All Win App reserves the right to
terminate your access to the App at any time. We may do so for reasons
including your violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our
discretion.
7.2. Effect of Termination. Upon termination, your right to use the App
will cease immediately. Any information or content you have submitted to
the App may no longer be accessible to you, and we may delete such
information and content.
7.3. No Liability. You agree that we are not liable to you or any third
party for any termination of your access to the App.
8. Disclaimers
8.1. No Warranties. The App is provided “as-is” and “as-available”
without any warranties. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy,
reliability, or security of the App. Your use of the App is at your own
risk.
8.2. Content Accuracy. While we attempt to provide accurate and reliable
content, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content in
the App is always accurate, complete, reliable, or current.
8.3. Service Availability. We do not guarantee that the App will be
available at all times or in all locations. The App may be subject to
scheduled and unscheduled service interruptions.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1. Indirect Damages. WAW and its affiliates are not liable for any
indirect, special, or consequential damages. This limitation of
liability applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9.2. User Responsibility. You understand and agree that you are solely
responsible for your use of the App. We are not liable for any direct,
indirect, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.
10. Changes to Terms
10.1. Updates to Terms. We may update these Terms at any time. Your
continued use of the App signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.

10.2. Notification. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of
significant changes to these Terms. However, it is your responsibility
to periodically review these Terms for any updates.
